Dr. Cathy Hernandez
Dr. Cathy Hernandez prides herself on making every effort to provide patients the highest quality of care. In 2016, she graduated with honors and earned her Master of Science in Dentistry with a Certificate in Orthodontics from Nova Southeastern University. Prior to that, she received her Doctorate in Dental Surgery from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee, where she graduated at the top of her class in 2014. She has maintained numerous professional affiliations throughout her career and is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists and the American Dental Association.
Over the years, she has been devoted to the people of South Florida. It has been her priority to serve the community she was raised in. Dr. Hernandez ‘s scope of practice ranges from traditional braces and clear aligners to orthopedics and surgical orthodontics. In addition to her ample skillset as an orthodontist, her compassionate nature is one of her greatest strengths – not only is her goal to achieve the best results, but she sincerely cares about her patients’ experience. Dr. Hernandez enjoys spending her free time with her husband, their son and their three dogs. She is an avid traveler, a yoga practitioner and a perpetual student at heart.
